New Custom Homes
We enjoy working collaboratively with our customers to create homes which fulfill the vision and lifestyle needs of each homeowner. We can coordinate with your architect or you can work directly with our talented staff to design your home.
Unlike other builders, Golden Rule does not limit you to a standard package of our choosing. Instead, each detail of your home is planned out with you, so that your unique tastes are met and your personality can come through.
From positioning your home to best suit your lot, to developing a floor plan to fit your lifestyle, to guiding you to fixtures that match your individuality, Golden Rule offers a unique service of full customization from beginning to end.
We can give you more for your money since we do not carry an inventory of land. Rather than doing speculative building driven by speed and volume, we focus on doing what we do best: custom building.
